Every August, I celebrate another year as a Realtor. I joined Re/Max in 1994 as a "rookie" right out of real estate school.
But I brought with me sales skills I learned from having my own consulting business as well as having spent six years as a mortgage loan officer. I found my background in mortgage finance to be particularly helpful when helping first time homebuyers review their finance options when buying their first home.

By calling 703-863-7629 or 1-800-HEY-MARK, the call goes to my cell phone and you have the highest probability of contacting me. I'm typically available from 9 am until 9 pm, seven days a week.
Technology has given me and my customers the edge in real estate sales. This website, for example, provides a showcase page for my listings, I post virtual tours for my sellers, and have free pamphlets available.
Finally, my success would not be possible if it weren't for the affiliates of the real estate industry that I regularly use in my day to day business. That would include loan officers who make the loan process understandable and hassle free, Home Inspectors who provide buyers an honest evaluation of a home's strengths and weaknesses, Title Companies who provide superior service at a reasonable price, and other affiliates who are there when I need them.
Not to be left out, is my family and faith, both of which are the foundation and inspiration for all my endeavors.
