This was not the first home I had purchased a home but it was a very different purchase for me as I was doing it as a single, self employed person. Mark was able to find financing for me immediately and that had been my big concern in trying to buy a house. He made everything easy for me. He certainly did walk me through each step of the way in the whole purchasing processes. His patience and understanding of my needs were exceptional. He gave me sound advice, listened to my feedback on issues and was always available to answer questions. His responsiveness was outstanding.

He certainly did find houses in my price range. And I feel I got a great deal on my house. I would use Mark again if I was to sell/buy another house. Even after the purchase of my home he has remained in touch with me and has even helped me when I had a problem with my home owners insurance even though his job was done. If was a really wonderful experience working with him.

I really think you've found yourself a wonderful person to work with. He is a first class professional.
